John: One by One Fighting Royale 3: The Next Generation also known as John Fighting Adventures X3: Let's get ready to rumble! (ジョンファイティング冒険X Jonfaitingu bōken X: Ranburu ni junbi o shimashou!) in Japan is the thrid sequel of the Fighting Royale series.

Like the second game.

It takes place a few months after the events of the second Fighting Royale Tournament. An evil king, who was passed away in 1244, comes back to life by an evil frog-like wizard (Who's the former member of the Smithy Squad). The evil king's name is Astaroth III, he wants revenge to every human species and summons one of his minions to found SXP-045, but him (Who's almost dead), was founded in the streets by one of his minions, and gains SXP-045 a new yet strong armor and later joined Astaroth to extincts the human race and start to his own world. And also announces the third Fighting Royale Tournament, so the heroes decided to track down Astaroth before is too late.
