Of Kanon, Yokai, and Mystery is an upcoming crossover between Kanon and Rosario + Vampire.

PlotEdit

Yuichi, Ayu, Nayuki, Kaori, and Jun are accidentally enrolled into Yokai Academy! Luckily, they find that there is another human besides them in this monster-infested school, and that human is Tsukune. When he introduces them to the Newspaper Club, it is revealed that they have begun to write about the strange happenings in Yokai Academy. Can they figure out what's going on while defeating evil yokai? Can Yuichi also fulfill a promise he made to Ayu?

This series is scheduled for a January 2016 release in Japan and a July 2016 release in North America. It will have 2 seasons, with 13 episodes per season, plus 2 OVAs scheduled for a 2017 release. It will be licensed in North America by Funimation Entertainment, who had already released Rosario + Vampire and Kanon 2006.

  • The Japanese seiyuu for Sayuri in the original "Kanon" anime was Tomoko Kawakami. However, because of her death in 2011, she was replaced by Yui Horie.
